doug huselakDoug Huselak,
Vice President, Partner

Doug has been with WINTEC since 2009. His capacity as Vice President puts him in the driver's seat of the construction, property and road division of the company.

He started his career in the retail auditing industry where he was area and district manager for the largest retail physical and financial auditing company in the world. He soon became the Vice President for Western Canada RGIS, another one of the largest companies in retail inventory.

His change in career focus brought him to be the General Manager of a large plumbing and heating company, and then as General Manager for a local construction company.

With Doug's extensive experience, drive and knowledge, he is the perfect fit for VP and team leader for WINTEC's construction division.

He is constantly on the go as he schedules workers for the coming days while simultaneously over seeing projects to make sure the current day to day operations go off without a hitch. He makes sure every person and every tool is on site and ready to work for every project.

Brad started his career in the construction industry in 1998. He has years of experience in the field, over-seeing major projects from street preservation work and maintenance, to new development projects.
